I am however terribly sick with the idea of spending all day with out my little Critterface! Up until today, I had only left her with my mom for about an hour (twice), and with my husband once for about 20 minutes while I went to feed our horses.
Tomorrow she will officially be 4 months old, and today was the first time she was left with a sitter. Next week we are supposed to have a week long workshop on building leadership skills, so I thought it was best to try a half day first, to make sure that she would be alright with her sitter before being at work, and not being able to come get her if she absolutely hates it.
Well, Critterface was an angel for the sitter. I dropped her off around 9. I had originally thought about going to work to move some stuff into my new classroom (this is the 5th time I will move rooms) but then I decided to take my two male dogs to the vet. Rebel weighs in at 70lbs, and I didnt think I could juggle him, Ty & my little Critterface at the same time. I got there around noon, and she was smiling away in her exasaucer, and the sitter said she was a joy to have. She said Critterface took two naps, but they must have been short ones, or she must have had an absolute blast, because she's been sleeping for almost THREE hours. She never naps this long. lol. The sitter I'm using also watches 2 other kiddos, so this is the first time my little one has gotten to really play with other kids. I'm really glad that she was such a doll, since she will be there from 7:30-3:30 all next week. Then I have about 2 more weeks off, and it's back to work full time. Eeeeek!
She's so silly!
Gosh, I love her!
I can't believe she's so big already. Where doest the time go?!
Just as I'm finishing my first real post (not done from my iPhone) she wakes up... must be mommies cue that computer time is OVER!
Later Gators :)
